There are three shipping types for international mail: Airmail, Surface mail and Economy Air (SAL). Customers can choose rates and number of delivery days according to their individual needs.

Express Mail Service (EMS) | Top priority among international mails is placed on this service! Posts will be delivered for approximately 2-4 days to addressee all over the world. |
Airmail | Fees are relatively high since posts will be sent by air. Delivery will be made approximately 3 - 6 days. |
Economy Air (SAL) | It transports items by air at lower priority than air mail. The service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail.

Discount Service
There also is a discount service for senders who send multiple registered mail items using the label for international registered mail items.
Up to 140 yen discount is applicable in cases when discount rate per submission or discount rate per month are used together with sorting discount and shipment discounts such as collection and delivery branch discount and the like.

This is a discount service that applies when more than 10 items are sent at once by one sender.

- This discount applies when over 50 items are sent at once.
- For sorting discount, please classify your items by receiving country and mailing method (Airmail, SAL, Surgface Mail) according to the instructions by the post office from where you send your items.
- Shipment discounts such as collection and delivery branch discount apply when the items are sent from the Japan Post branch or post office attached to the branch.
- Applies to payment of postage other than by affixing postage stamps (only those paid in cash), payment of postage by the use of a franking machine, or post-payment of postage.
